Vladimir Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin has lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Make in India” initiative, emphasizing the significance of domestically produced goods and commending India’s policies under Modi’s leadership. Speaking at the 8th Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), Putin praised India’s focus on manufacturing and using Indian-made products, particularly in the automobile industry.

Putin acknowledged the transformation in Russia’s automobile industry, comparing domestically made cars to their more modest appearance in contrast to luxury brands like Mercedes and Audi, which were prevalent in the 1990s. He commended Prime Minister Modi for his efforts to promote the Make in India program, stating, “He is doing the right thing.”

Putin also highlighted the importance of utilizing Russian-made automobiles and emphasized that this approach would not breach any World Trade Organization (WTO) commitments. He suggested the implementation of a framework to determine which types of cars various classes of officials should use to encourage the use of domestically produced vehicles.

Regarding the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC), Putin expressed optimism that this initiative would benefit Russia and contribute to logistical development. He noted that discussions about the project had been ongoing for several years and believed it would enhance connectivity and trade.

These remarks followed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor by India, the US, UAE, Saudi Arabia, France, Germany, Italy, and the European Union during the G20 Summit in New Delhi, underscoring the significance of regional economic cooperation.

Death penalty was given by nitrogen gas in America, and America became the first country to adopt this method

Death Penalty by Nitrogen Gas: American murder convict Kenneth Eugene Smith was given the death penalty by nitrogen gas on Thursday evening in Alabama. According to Indian time, he died on Friday morning. After this, America became the first and only country in the world to kill someone with a nitrogen gas mask. The special thing in this was that 58-year-old Kenneth Eugene Smith had earlier also been tried for the death penalty, but then he had survived.

Smith got punishment after 35 years

An American woman was murdered 35 years ago. Smith had murdered by taking a betel nut from a man. Now Smith has been punished, that too in a completely different way. Let us tell you that earlier in the year 2022, an attempt was made to kill Smith by injecting him with poison, but then the doctors in the death cell could not locate his vein and despite several attempts to inject him, his life was saved. Was.

Discussion regarding Smith’s punishment

After this, the Alabama court decided that Smith would be killed with the help of nitrogen gas and the same thing happened. Late in the evening of 25 January, he was given a death sentence through nitrogen gas. There is a stir all over the world regarding this death, because along with countless American citizens, millions of people advocating human rights were against this death being given to Smith and they were calling it barbarity.

The Supreme Court had rejected Smith’s appeal

On behalf of Kenneth Smith, an application was filed in the Supreme Court of Alabama against this punishment given to him and an appeal was made for pardon, terming it as barbarity and against human rights. But the Supreme Court rejected his application and said that all this is being done as per the law.

This is how Smith got the death penalty

Smith was first taken to the death chamber. Where he was made to lie on a stretcher and then an airtight mask was placed on his face. This mask was largely similar to the one used to supply oxygen to workers in an industry. And when all the processes were completed. After this, nitrogen gas was given through the mask. This gas went straight inside his body. Because he was wearing a mask, he did not get any oxygen and he died.

All this was done to him for 15 minutes. He was given nitrogen gas for at least 15 minutes. He became unconscious within a few seconds of inhaling nitrogen gas and died within the next few minutes.
